A reservoir quality geologist needs to understand the porosity and permeability of the reservoir unit of a given well because the flow rates are lower than expected. There is no core from this well, so we design a QEMSCAN 4 project using cuttings to study pore lining phases. We scan 12 samples from the reservoir unit at 4 μm.
